ACCOUNTING

Accountants undertake more advanced tasks including financial accounting to finalise and present profit and loss and balance sheets, asset and depreciation, tax, chart of account and reporting.

BOOKKEEPING

As you bookkeepers, we can manage the day to day tasks of invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, transaction posting, reconciliations and data entry.

PAYROLL

We can provide payroll as part of your bookkeeping requirements, or a stand alone service. We can provide basic timesheet to payroll conversion or manage the entire payroll process and HR support.

TAX & CORPORATE

We have relationships with registered tax agents in US, UK, Australia and New Zealand and can assist with you tax needs in these countries. We also provide  company formations, corporate governance and board representation.   


ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE & ERP PLATFORMS


We are Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks partners in the countries we service. Se have comprehensive experience in many other accounting software and ERP platforms like Netsuite JCurve, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms.

We also have comprehensive experience in HR and Payroll platforms such as ADP, Employment Hero, Deputy and Bamboo HR. 

In the rare instances we come across software and platforms we have not used before, we are very fast at learning how to operate anything new. 


ABOUT US

Way Capital is a global outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and corporate service provider.

We operate from two main centers in India and the Philippines. We presently have about 30 CPA accountants. All of our accountants in India and the Philippines, have more than 5 years experience working for businesses in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Some of our CPA's obtained their qualifications from either the US, UK or Australia and worked for companies there before returning to their home country. 

Some of our CPA's hold tax licences in the US and Australia.
